As an Automotive technician at Murray Chevrolet Buick GMC Merritt, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicle systems and components. You will work on a variety of makes and models, ensuring all vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be key in delivering exceptional service to our customers.Area Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on all types of vehicles.
- Conduct repairs and replace parts including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding vehicle conditions, necessary repairs, and costs.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry technologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or Technician.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Proficient with repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and computer systems.
- GM ASEP certification (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
